Fairmont's Classics Perfected is a spin on the hotel's classic cocktails recipes crafted by award-winning baristas across the globe. First released in 2015, the Tastemakers who created the original menu came together in New York City to create a new line of drinks to be released in Fall 2019.
Graphics were made for previews of each of the drinks for viewers, instructional videos for Fairmont bartenders, and the relaunch of their global cocktail program.
