Overview
Bankjoy's brand had a fragmented foundation due to multiple design systems implemented by contractors over time. It needed a systematic refresh to match a growing range of digital and in-person touchpoints. Developed in close consultation with marketing and leadership, the rebrand consolidated our visuals and reflected the product's maturity.
As the sole Sr. Digital Designer, I owned Bankjoy's full creative output, collaborating across departments to ensure every asset, like event materials and on-site photo/video for the events team, social campaigns, newsletters, and whitepapers, supported our company goals.
We migrated the website from Prismic to Webflow, led by me in partnership with Zabal Media.
I also developed a distinct identity for Elevate 2025, Bankjoy's flagship annual customer event, hosted at the Country Hall of Fame in Nashville.
The Results
A scalable design system with self-serve templates and assets, empowering the team to deliver results without compromising quality—paired with a robust new website and updated backend for easy marketing team management, and a successful client event featuring recognizable sub-branding, event assets, and swag.
This drove a 35% increase in site traffic following the brand refresh and website launch, and contributed to over $250,000 in on-site contract renewals.
