Overview

In early August, curator Ashley McKenzie Barnes approached us to create a launch piece for the Snoop Dogg x 19 Crimes collaboration, with a tight one-month timeline leading into September. Working on an accelerated schedule, we conceived and produced a life-sized Snoop Dogg sculpture paired with a custom wine cork podium. I led the project as both designer and project manager, overseeing research, concept development, design, and final 3D renders under a compressed timeline.

The Results

The sculpture became the centrepiece of the Vancouver launch, helping introduce the 19 Crimes x Snoop Dogg collaboration to the local market and garnering media attention for the event. Delivered on time despite the one-month turnaround, the piece demonstrated an ability to manage fast-paced, high-concept fabrication work—from initial concept to final production-ready assets—while maintaining cohesion and craftsmanship across every stage. The project strengthened the studio's reputation for executing ambitious, large-scale creative work under pressure.
